Once I obtain the preliminary vital information concerning the owner(s( and the FSBO's financials, this information will be relayed to the Principal Purchasing Officer of either IAG or TRIVEST (depending on my determination of suitability for referral based on fixed criteria). Once the referral is made to either IAG or TRIVEST, the FSBO company will be contacted directly by the the Principal Purchasing Officer who will initiate their review and commence due diligence respecting the FSBO company. The owner(s) can be assured that they will receive a meticulous analysis of their company that they wish to sell which will secure for them the most optimum price in the marketplace.
